Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Sales Engineer to modernize essential industries with cutting-edge IoT solutions. You will become an expert on Samsara products, articulate their value to prospects, and drive deals through demonstrations, value assessments, and PoC implementations.

Travel up to 50% and remote-work flexibility are part of the role. You will work with installers, build deployment plans, and act as a liaison between product and sales, translating feedback and supporting beta programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, or support roles.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience evaluating hardware and/or software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Samsara products (IoT, cloud, hardware).
• Explain value of Samsara to prospects and drive deals to closure.
• Deliver artifacts like discoveries, demos, assessments, and PoCs.
• Guide installation scenarios and build deployment plans with customers.
