Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university is required.
• 2+ years of experience with customers in pre-sales or related roles.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with hardware/software product evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Samsara products and how they enable digital transformation.
• Articulate the value of Samsara to prospects across industries.
• Deliver discovery, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
• Guide deployment plans and installation best practices.
• Write and document API scripts for real-world problems.
• Act as a liaison between product and sales teams.
