Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required for this role.
Experience in pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience evaluating hardware/software products.

Responsibilities

Become an expert on Samsara products and architecture.
Articulate value of Samsara to prospects and customers.
Deliver discoveries, demos, and proof-of-concept activities.
Guide installers and build deployment plans for implementations.
Write API script examples and document them for internal use.
Support deeper engagement through account entrenchment (integration, upsell, cross-sell).
Act as liaison between product and sales, relaying feedback and opportunities.
