Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in pre‑sales, customer success, or customer/product support.
• Ability to influence stakeholders with technical sales acumen and business process understanding.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Samsara products and how IoT, AI, and cloud solutions transform operations.
• Articulate value of Samsara to prospects and support deal progress with demonstrations and assessments.
• Deliver artifacts that drive deals forward, including discoveries, demos, and proofs of concept.
• Guide installers on deployment plans and installation best practices with Samsara products.
• Create API scripts and document them to enable internal SEs and customers.
• Collaborate with product and sales to deepen account engagement and opportunities.
• Champion Samsara values while scaling globally and across offices.
