Samsara is seeking a Sales Engineer in the United States to join our Global Sales team and help translate IoT technology into customer value.

You will work with customers on logistics, fleet maintenance, asset management, and system integrations, delivering technical proofs of concept and supporting trials.

This remote role respects flexible schedules and regional proximity, and fluency in French is a plus as you collaborate across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1+ years experience in pre-sales or customer-facing support.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• French speaker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Global Sales with technical inquiries and inbound questions.
• Support technical trials to demonstrate Samsara solutions.
• Create software scripts and integrations for proofs of concept.
• Provide internal Q&A support for account teams.
• Produce and manage digital content for product learning and deployment.
• Maintain hardware and software lab infrastructure (office and remote).
• Coordinate new product testing activities.
• Highlight industry-specific use cases with sales teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication for prospect success (RFPs, feature requests, support triage).
