Tenna is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support our Sales Team by delivering compelling product demonstrations and driving negotiations. You will be the SME for Tenna's platform, building demo environments, answering technical questions, and collaborating with Success, Engineering, and Product teams to address customer needs.

The role requires a consultative approach, strong Salesforce/HubSpot/Help Scout experience, and the ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Computer Science.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, Help Scout, HubSpot, or similar programs.
• Strong analytical curiosity and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 50% as business dictates.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical sales support throughout the full sales cycle, including product demonstrations and negotiations.
• Answer prospective customer questions and convey the platform's technical capacities.
• Build and maintain software demonstration environments per specifications.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to stay updated on platform changes.
• Lead internal product training for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Onboard new Sales and Customer Success Reps and certify internal training programs.
• Maintain Salesforce and HubSpot databases.
