Job summary

Tenna is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support our Sales Team with technical demonstrations, accurate answers to customer questions, and tailored demos of our platform. You will play a pivotal role in understanding customer pain points and collaborating with Success, Engineering, and Product to shape solutions.

As the SME on the Tenna platform, you’ll lead internal training, maintain demo environments, and stay aligned with the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
• 5+ years’ experience providing technical SaaS support.
• Construction technology/industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce/HubSpot/Help Scout is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support across the full sales cycle, including product demonstrations.
• Answer customer questions and convey the platform's technical capacities.
• Maintain software demonstration environments per specifications.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering and Product.
• Lead internal platform training for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Assist with Salesforce and HubSpot data upkeep and reporting.
