Tenna is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support the Sales Team, delivering strategic technical sales support from demos to negotiations. You will tailor demonstrations, address customer questions, and maintain demo environments while collaborating with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product.

As the SME on Tenna's platform, you will train internal teams, stay ahead of roadmap changes, and help develop technical materials. This is a remote role based in Texas with travel as needed.

Competenze

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
• 5+ years providing technical support within a SaaS environment.
• Construction tech experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Mansioni

• Provide technical sales support throughout the sales cycle, including product demonstrations.
• Answer prospective customer questions and convey platform capabilities.
• Maintain and tailor software demonstration environments per specs.
• Lead internal product training for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to stay updated on platform changes and issues.
• Assist with Salesforce and HubSpot data management.
