Job summary

Tenna is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support the Sales Team with product demos, technical questions, and environment setup. You will act as the SME for the Tenna platform and train internal teams to effectively advise customers.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product, and travel up to 50% as required. A strong background in CRM tools and consultative selling is essential for success in this remote Texas-based role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Help Scout.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as business dictates.
• Based in Texas or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support throughout the sales cycle, including product demonstrations and negotiations.
• Answer customer questions and clearly convey platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain software demonstration environments per specifications.
• Lead internal product training for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to stay updated on platform changes and resolve issues.
• Assist with Salesforce and HubSpot data management and reporting.
