Tenna is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support our Sales Team. In this role, you’ll lead technical demos, answer questions, and tailor demonstrations to customer needs while collaborating with Success, Engineering, and Product.

You’ll be the SME on our platform, drive internal product training, and help shape the roadmap. Strong SaaS experience and travel up to 60% are required; remote work available for candidates in CA or UT.

Formación

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineer or pre‑sales role.
• 5+ years’ experience providing technical SaaS support.
• Experience with construction tech is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides technical sales support across the sales cycle, including product demonstrations.
• Answers customer questions and conveys platform capabilities clearly.
• Builds and maintains software demonstration environments per specs.
• Leads internal product training for Sales and Customer Success.
• Collaborates with Engineering and Product on platform changes and issues.
