Job summary

Tenna is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support the Sales Team with demonstrations, technical answers, and consultative problem solving. You’ll maintain demo environments, partner with Success, Engineering, and Product, and lead internal training as the SME for Tenna’s platform.

You’ll also coordinate with Marketing and leadership on training and strategy, while helping keep Salesforce and HubSpot data current and aligned with sales goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, Help Scout, HubSpot, or similar programs preferred.
• Solid computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 50–60% as business dictates.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and stay abreast of changes to our platform.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical sales support across the sales cycle, including product demonstrations.
• Answers customer questions and conveys the technical capabilities of our platform.
• Builds and maintains software demonstration environments per specifications.
• Collaborates with Customer Success, Engineering and Product on platform changes.
• Leads internal product training and onboarding for new Sales and CS reps.
• Maintains Salesforce and HubSpot databases and assists with strategy reviews.
