Job summary

Tenna is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support our Sales Team with technical demonstrations, questions, and tailored software environments. You will act as SME on Tenna’s platform and collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering and Product to resolve issues and drive wins.

You will lead internal training for Sales and Customer Success, and work with Marketing to refresh technical materials. Remote in the US; travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
• 5+ years’ experience providing technical support within a SaaS environment.
• Experience in construction technology or construction industry is a plus.
• Strong self-motivation and service orientation with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support across the full sales cycle, including demos.
• Answer customer questions and convey platform capabilities clearly.
• Build and maintain demo environments per specs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering and Product.
• Lead internal training and onboard new Sales/CS reps.
• Liaise with Marketing to revise technical materials and presentations.
• Assist with Salesforce and HubSpot data management and reporting.
