Tenna is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the Sales Team with technical demonstrations and consultative guidance throughout the sales cycle. You will tailor demo environments, answer technical questions, and collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to address customer needs.

The role requires leading internal training as SME on Tenna’s platform, staying current with features and roadmaps, and supporting the team with strategic insights. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineer or pre‑sales role.
• 5+ years providing technical support within a SaaS environment.
• Experience in construction technology is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, CS, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical sales support across the full sales cycle, including product demos.
• Answer customer questions and convey platform capabilities accurately.
• Maintain software demonstration environments per specifications.
• Lead internal product training for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product on roadmap and changes.
