Job summary

Sazerac Company is hiring a Performance Capability Project Lead: Onboarding and Performance. This remote role includes up to 30% travel and supports continuous improvement of onboarding and sales tools used by the sales organization.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with HR, and ensure training and resources meet evolving sales needs. Base salary ranges and total rewards are discussed with recruiting partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in sales enablement and project management.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with onboarding tools and HR collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers projects in onboarding or performance (sales tools).
• Lead stakeholder assessments to identify gaps and trends.
• Collaborate across the sales org with key stakeholders.
• Create deployment communication plans for outputs.
• Partner with HR to improve onboarding tools related to the PDS system.
• Develop processes for continuous improvement of tools and training.
