Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Performance Capability Project Lead: Onboarding and Performance. The role focuses on continuous improvement of sales onboarding processes and tools, while developing, deploying, maintaining, and improving sales enablement resources for the sales organization.

You will travel up to 30% and must live in one of the listed states. This is a remote-friendly role requiring collaboration with HR and cross-functional teams to optimize onboarding and training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales enablement and project management experience.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads onboarding or performance-related sales enablement projects.
• Conducts needs assessments with stakeholders to identify gaps and benchmarks.
• Collaborates across the sales organization and with HR to improve onboarding tools.
• Creates deployment and communication plans for project outputs.
• Drives continuous improvement of training, onboarding, and enablement resources.
• Prioritizes work to deliver high-priority projects on time and effectively.
