Job summary

Pushpay is seeking an inside sales professional who will make outbound calls to identify strong potential clients, qualify churches and nonprofits, and drive opportunities in a metric-driven team. You will help connect client needs to Pushpay services and work with Account Executives to grow the pipeline.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, comfort with CRM tools, and the ability to sustain high outbound activity while maintaining positive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of inside sales experience (not required).
• Strong computer skills (Mac OSX, Google), Salesforce."
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to connect business needs to solutions.
• Positivity and resilience with team and customers.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Speaking on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualify potential clients (churches and nonprofits).
• Schedule 1–2 in-person or Zoom appointments per day with Account Executives.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with 5–10 accounts per day.
• Conduct discovery to understand client challenges and articulate solution value.
• Use Salesforce and Outreach.io to manage pipeline and follow-ups.
• Blueprint accounts with accurate contacts (phone and email).
• Invite leaders to webinars and educational events.
