Job summary

Pushpay Holdings Limited is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the Catholic segment. You will conduct outbound calls to qualify parishes, dioceses, and Catholic-related ministries, aiming to set appointments for Account Executives.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a solutions-driven approach, and resilience in a quota-driven sales cycle. You may leverage Salesforce and Outreach to manage your pipeline while working in a remote setting with potential flexibility by location.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and outbound outreach skills.
• Experience with parish Catholic contexts is a plus.
• Comfort with outbound calling and quota-driven work.
• Proficient with Salesforce/Outreach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails and texts to qualify parishes and dioceses, ministries and non-profits within the Catholic denomination.
• Able to make at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day.
• Schedule 1–2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
• Explain how Pushpay helps address client challenges and needs.
• Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline.
