Job summary

Pushpay seeks a client-facing, highly motivated inside sales representative to connect church and nonprofit needs with Pushpay solutions. You will primarily make outbound calls, emails, and texts to identify strong prospects and qualify them for our specialized account-based sales approach.

You will work in a metric-driven call center environment, targeting 70+ outbound calls daily, and schedule 1–2 in-person or online appointments with Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years inside sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and listening skills for meaningful conversations.
• Ability to connect business needs to solutions and articulate value.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to qualify potential clients.
• Schedule 1-2 in-person or virtual appointments per day.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with 5–10 accounts touched daily.
• Use Salesforce and Outreach.io to build pipeline and follow-ups.
