Job summary

Pushpay Holdings Limited is seeking a Sales Development Representative focused on Catholic prospects. You will make outbound calls to parishes and dioceses, qualify ministries and non-profits, and schedule meetings with Account Executives. Strong communication and a background in inside sales are valued as you build a robust pipeline.

Experience with Catholic parish structures and budgets is a plus. The role emphasizes phone outreach, CRM use, and a results-driven mindset in a remote-friendly

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales experience.
• Experience with Catholic parishes or Catholic diocese recommended.
• Strong communication and questioning skills.
• Proficient with Mac OSX and Google platforms.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails and texts to qualify parishes, dioceses, ministries and non-profits within the Catholic denomination.
• Achieve at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day.
• Schedule 1–2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
• Communicate effectively to understand challenges prospects face engaging their community.
• Identify and communicate how Pushpay can help.
• Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
