Job summary

SelectQuote is seeking experienced, driven sales professionals to join our Qualifications Team as Sales Development Advisors (SDA). This is an unlicensed, outbound sales role focused on contacting prospects, generating interest, qualifying needs, and transferring qualified prospects to licensed agents.

This is a high-volume, metrics-driven position with paid training, base salary plus bonus, and a path into licensed sales roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience required.
• Experience in a high-volume, metrics-driven or commission-based environment preferred.
• Proven ability to meet quotas and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make up to 800 outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
• Identify needs and qualify prospects for transfer to licensed agents.
• Handle objections and move prospects toward a next step.
• Follow scripts and sales processes to drive performance.
• Meet or exceed transfer and activity goals.
