As the SME for Tenna's platform, you will train sales and customer success teams, collaborate with Engineering and Product, and help refine our technical presentations while traveling up to 60% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
• Experience in a SaaS environment with technical support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support throughout the sales cycle, including product demonstrations.
• Answer prospective customer questions and explain the platform's technical capabilities.
• Build and maintain software demonstration environments per specifications.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to stay updated on platform changes.
