Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Financial Analyst, SaaS Retention Specialist to forecast renewals, analyze retention trends, and deliver proactive insights in a remote US role.

Responsibilities include end-to-end forecasting, variance analysis, and ensuring data integrity across large datasets while collaborating with stakeholders across teams. Competitive base salary, plus benefits and variable pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; 3+ years’ experience in FP&A or similar roles in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
• Expert level financial modeling and data manipulation.
• Exceptionally self-motivated, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious, with ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate complex concepts to various audiences.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and departments, communicating clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Forecast end-to-end renewal forecasting; validate models for churn, renewal rates, and retention outcomes.
• Analyze retention metrics and trends; own weekly pacing updates and monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Conduct deep-dive variance analysis and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Reconcile retention data weekly/monthly; ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
