Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative in Boston, MA to drive growth for Thryv’s SaaS solutions in the local market. You’ll build your book of business through self‑generated and company prospecting, with more than half of your work outside your home office, and manage client relationships to meet sales quotas.

You will engage local business owners, conduct product demos, and collaborate with marketing and tech teams to execute sales strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market.
• Build a pipeline from ground up through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting.
• Conduct >50% of work outside home office and manage a local book of business.
