Job summary

Thryv, a long-standing SaaS provider for small businesses, is seeking a driven Outside Software Account Representative to grow local market share and expand the client book. This role requires active prospecting, self-generation, and significant time outside the home office.

You will build a pipeline, manage relationships with local business owners, and collaborate with marketing and tech teams to drive growth while learning Thryv’s expanding product suite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years of outbound sales experience (full sales cycle).
• Industry knowledge with ability to understand Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market.
• Prospect and build your own pipeline to meet sales quota.
• Work outside of home office for 50%+ of duties.
• Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to show Thryv’s value.
