Slang AI is seeking an Implementation Manager to be the first host in a customer’s journey after the sale. You will create a strong first impression by welcoming customers, guiding them clearly, and helping them realize value quickly with fast onboarding and early live usage.

You will configure setups, integrations, and early usage while providing hands-on support. You will work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience from day one.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Be the first host in the customer journey after the sale, delivering a welcoming onboarding experience.
• Guide setup, configuration, and integrations with urgency and clarity.
• Provide hands-on support and practical consultation to ensure quick time-to-value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience from day one.
• Maintain proactive, warm, and clear communication throughout onboarding and early lifecycle.
