Opiniion is seeking a Client Onboarding Support Specialist in Lehi, UT to guide new clients from signed agreement through implementation, setup, and early adoption.

This role is a strong entry point for someone who wants to grow into customer-facing SaaS work while building practical skills in onboarding, communication, project coordination, and AI-assisted workflow execution within a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in onboarding, implementation, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clarity.
• Excellent organization across multiple tasks and timelines.
• Comfort learning new software quickly and using systems consistently.
• Proactive problem-solving and coachability.
• Interest in using AI tools responsibly in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding steps for new clients from post-sale to launch.
• Coordinate with Sales and teams on goals, scope, and timelines.
• Keep onboarding tasks and milestones organized.
• Support platform setup based on client needs.
• Guide customers through onboarding calls and training.
• Communicate progress, risks, and next steps clearly.
• Document onboarding activities and outcomes.
• Apply AI tools to summarize context and improve workflows.
