Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation.
• 2+ years in solutions engineering or technical onboarding with a customer-facing track record.
• Comfort with APIs, integrations, frontend technologies, and core data concepts.
• Strong software troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to run multiple high-impact implementations concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end onboarding for new customers as the primary technical contact from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure product settings, permissions, and workflows; lead API integrations and data migrations.
• Troubleshoot setup issues and coordinate with support and engineering as needed.
• Own onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables; manage expectations and flag risks early.
• Partner with sales, customer success, product, and support to remove blockers.
• Capture feedback to improve onboarding docs and implementation playbooks.
