Job summary

Opiniion is seeking a Client Onboarding Support Specialist to guide new clients from signed agreement through implementation and launch. You will coordinate onboarding steps, align timelines with Sales, and ensure a smooth first experience that sets the foundation for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in onboarding, implementation or customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to explain next steps clearly.
• Excellent organization and follow-through across multiple tasks and timelines.
• Interest in using AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly as part of daily work.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding process steps for new clients, coordinating post-sale handoff to launch.
• Configure and setup the platform according to each client’s workflow and needs.
• Lead onboarding calls, provide training moments, and outline next steps for customers.
