Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager to lead a team guiding new customers through software adoption, data migration, and payments setup. You will own the onboarding program end to end, including coaching for continued revenue growth and acting as an escalation point for complex issues.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, redesigning the program to drive measurable adoption and outcomes for clients across the SaaS/payments domain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS onboarding or implementation experience.
• 3+ years of managing individual contributors.
• Proven success coaching a team to strong performance.
• Experience building or redesigning an onboarding program.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of onboarding managers through software adoption, data migration, and payments setup.
• Own the onboarding program end to end, including activation and ongoing coaching for revenue growth.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and partner with Sales, Product and Customer Success.
