Go Icon is hiring an Onboarding Manager for a remote role with up to 20% travel. You will lead onboarding initiatives for new customers, coordinating with clients, internal teams, and vendors to drive successful implementations and long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing multi-site deployments, designing training, and ensuring adoption. Strong PM, communication, and customer-focused mindset are essential; SaaS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software implementation or customer onboarding projects.
• Strong project management skills leading onboarding projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer relationships.
• Experience designing training programs for varied audiences.
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, Slack, and Gsuite.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for on-site onboarding and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new customers, from single-community to multi-community deployments.
• Partner with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
• Ensure successful adoption and long-term customer success through proactive training and support.
