Job summary

Bobyard, a San Francisco-based AI-powered contractor platform, is seeking an Implementation Manager to own the first 45 days of a new customer's lifecycle—from signed contract to live adoption. You will craft launch plans, run hands-on trainings with real crews, and drive milestones beyond the demo.

The role requires 2+ years in SaaS onboarding, hands-on configuration, and live training experience for field users, with a track record of delivering early value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning SaaS onboarding or implementation for a real portfolio of accounts.
• Hands-on comfort configuring a software product yourself.
• Experience running live training sessions for non-technical users.
• Track record of hitting a defined launch/time-to-value SLA and knowing your numbers.
• Sharp, structured written communication for thorough handoffs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Turn every AE/SE handoff into a scoped launch plan within 48 hours of signature.
• Configure each account and run kickoff and hands-on training for real adoption.
• Drive customers to their first completed workflow and adoption milestone in 45 days.
• Run reinforcement sessions to catch stragglers before churn occurs.
• Chase blockers with CS and Product until resolved, not just logged.
• Document goals, stakeholders, risks, and product feedback for easy handoff.
• Deliver a formal handoff to the CSM that closes all exit criteria.
