Job summary

Uscreen LLC is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers from first contact to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams for smooth activations. You’ll blend project management, platform expertise, and customer relationship building in an AI-native environment to raise the bar on delivery.

You’ll manage a high-touch onboarding flow, train customers, and develop reusable AI-assisted resources while ensuring timely, accurate launches and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Implementation, Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve output and response quality.
• Strong judgment on when to rely on AI and when to intervene with customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onboarding contact for new customers through launch.
• Manage an onboarding book of 50–80 customers, keeping launches on track.
• Deliver high-touch onboarding for key customers using AI to tailor communications.
• Guide customers through platform setup, configuration and activation.
• Provide training and light technical support with AI-assisted resources.
• Coordinate with App Launch and Migrations teams to meet launch commitments.
• Drive adoption and measure ROI-aligned onboarding activities.
• Monitor progress and surface blockers using AI-assisted workflows.
• Communicate with customers via email, calls, video, and SMS.
• Draft customer communications with AI, then ensure accuracy and tone.
