Job summary

Genius AI LLC is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for high-value accounts. You will partner with Account Executives to guide customers through data transfer, payments setup, and platform configuration, becoming a trusted advisor during implementation.

Based remotely in the United States with NYC/SF hybrid expectations, you will manage timelines, risks, and customer success while collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Support teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or related role (SaaS experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements while maintaining high quality and satisfaction.
• Strong collaboration with Sales teams, especially Account Executives.
• Comfort working with data migration, payments setup, and system configuration.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks and driving projects to completion.
• Experience with CRM and onboarding tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to onboard high-revenue accounts from Sales to Onboarding.
• Own end-to-end onboarding process and guide customers through milestones: data transfer, payments setup, website/configuration, and team onboarding.
• Serve as primary contact during onboarding, manage timelines, expectations, and risks.
• Conduct onboarding calls and product walkthroughs tailored to customer needs.
• Identify blockers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure customers are fully activated and using the platform by the end of onboarding.
• Document progress in CRM/onboarding tools and share insights with Sales and Product teams.
