Job summary

AccountMakers seeks a Customer Success Specialist to support onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing client engagement for a growing base of business customers. You will manage day-to-day relationships, ensure successful onboarding, and drive measurable value from the platform.

You will collaborate with account managers, product teams, and support to address client needs and improve the customer experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in customer success, client services, account management, or customer support within a SaaS or software environment.
• Experience managing ongoing relationships with customers, including onboarding, product training, and engagement support.
• Strong ability to guide customers through platform features, workflows, and best practices.
• Experience tracking customer activity, documenting interactions, and managing account data in CRM or customer success platforms.

• Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring onboarding and adoption.
