Job summary

CompanyCam is seeking several smart, self-motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our Sales team. You’ll identify inbound leads, deliver tailored demos, and help contractors improve their businesses with our software.

A fast-paced, collaborative environment and opportunities to grow with the team. This salaried role offers a base of $44,000 per year with an average OTE around $135,000 and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Inside Sales or similar SaaS role.
• Experience delivering product demos to contractors.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to inbound leads and deliver tailored demos.
• Qualify leads and schedule 3–5 demos daily.
• Communicate value proposition to contractors and stakeholders.
• Build relationships and manage a healthy pipeline to hit quotas.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product for feedback.
