Job summary

CompanyCam, Inc. is hiring inside sales representatives to engage inbound leads, deliver tailored demos, and help contractors optimize their operations with our software. The role supports remote work for applicants based in the U.S., with a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

You will qualify leads, present solutions, and guide prospects through the buying process while maintaining strong relationships and a robust pipeline for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Inside Sales or SaaS environments.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively reach out to inbound leads from multiple channels.
• Identify contractor needs and tailor sales presentations.
• Communicate value proposition to save time and improve operations.
• Qualify leads and schedule 3–5 demos daily.
• Educate users on product features and onboard trial users.
• Build relationships and offer customized solutions.
• Manage a pipeline to deliver new customers at quota.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment using multiple systems.
• Participate in team meetings for feedback and improvement.
