3E is seeking an Implementation Specialist to turn signed contracts into working solutions. You’ll own hands-on implementation from kickoff to handoff, configure environments, and coordinate with product and engineering to deliver value. Strong communication and project management are essential, with 10–20% travel flexibility.

The role supports remote work within the Eastern time zone, partnering with a global team to drive customer success and measurable value realization across 3E products.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in software implementation or related roles.
• Ability to translate requirements into milestones and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills.
• Experience collaborating across functions and with customers.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through handoff.
• Validate data readiness, environment requirements, security, and integration prerequisites.
• Create a documented implementation plan with milestones and deliverables.
• Configure customer environments and core workflows aligned with goals.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, and partners.
• Track milestones and identify risks or scope changes early.
• Execute post-onboarding Value Realization projects.
• Maintain accurate project records and handoffs.
