Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing implementation or technical CSM role at a SaaS company.
• Experience with data analysis tools or a background in life sciences.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead graphing and new product launches with tiered post-sales support.
• Drive migration and onboarding for customers switching tools.
• Build onboarding resources like quick-start guides and training decks.
