We are seeking a Customer Success/Implementation professional to lead graphing, product launches, migrations, and onboarding. You will develop training materials and onboarding decks to scale support for a growing user base in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing implementation or technical CSM role at a SaaS company.
• Experience with data analysis tools or a background in life sciences.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-moving environments.
