The Sales Development Representative will prospect new leads, qualify inbound requests, and build a strong pipeline for the account executives while working EST hours in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Prospect new leads and create first impressions for potential customers.
• Qualify inbound requests via telephone and email.
• Organize and prioritize sales leads in CRM.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong organization.
• Willing to work during EST business hours.
• Remote-first culture with team across Canada and the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new leads and create first impressions for potential customers.
• Follow up and qualify inbound requests via telephone and email.
• Organize and prioritize sales leads in CRM and measure conversion against quota.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and not afraid to cold call.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong organization.
• Willing to work during EST business hours.
• Remote-first culture with team members across Canada and the U.S.
