Job summary

BioRender is expanding with Graphing and seeks an Implementation Specialist to own the end-to-end launch experience. You will be the expert ensuring organizations adopting Graphing get up and running quickly, confidently, and successfully.

This role sits in BioRender’s Customer Education team, designing onboarding, migration support, and training resources to make Graphing adoption frictionless while scaling programs across our full-serve customer base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing implementation, onboarding, solutions engineering, or technical CSM role at a SaaS company.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Prism, R/ggplot, Python/matplotlib, SPSS) or a life sciences background.
• Proven track record of owning complex product launches or onboarding programs.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales launch support for Graphing accounts, including onboarding sessions and admin support.
• Serve as primary implementation contact from contract close to first activation.
• Lead migration support and template setup for new Graphing customers.
• Develop onboarding resources by user type and skill level.
• Scale onboarding assets across all accounts.
• Collaborate with CSMs to support Graphing launches onsite where applicable.
