Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to join our Enterprise Technology team. You will own the customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live, configure settings and workflows, and manage API integrations and data migrations. This role blends project coordination with hands-on product expertise in a remote environment.

You will collaborate with customers, engineering, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage timelines, and deliver a seamless implementation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of SaaS implementation experience.
• 2+ years in solutions engineering and customer-facing roles.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding processes for new customers from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure settings, permissions, and workflows in the product.
• Act as SME for API integrations and data migration.
• Troubleshoot setup issues and coordinate with engineering.
• Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and customer expectations.
• Train customers on product functionality and document onboarding decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding experience and documentation.
