Job summary

Certifier is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our Customer Success team. You will own implementation for new customers, support technical discovery, and assist with complex enterprise setups, including SSO and API integrations.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve onboarding and post-launch support for larger customers, ensuring a smooth go-live and ongoing success.

Qualifications

2–5 years of customer-facing experience in tech or B2B SaaS.
Fluent professional English for calls, docs, and follow-ups.
Customer-first, solution-oriented mindset.
Troubleshoot integrations and data mappings, not just configure.
Hands-on with integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and CRM tools (HubSpot, Intercom).

Responsibilities

Support onboarding and go-live for new customers.
Handle technical setup: SSO, API integrations, data configuration.
Keep implementation on track with task follow-ups.
Support strategic and enterprise customers in technical calls.
Resolve technical issues and map patterns for product improvement.
Shape implementation processes with Product and CS teams.
