Job summary

Constructor is expanding its team in the United States and seeks a proactive Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across the product suite. You will own each engagement from kickoff through activation, coordinating internal resources, customers, and partners in a matrixed environment.

As we move toward an automation-first model, you will standardize how implementations run and drive scalable processes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• A track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and coordinating cross-functional contributors through influence.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations in parallel.
• Customer-facing confidence: you can lead a kickoff, manage expectations and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live.
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple implementations end to end, from kickoff to activation.
• Coordinate technical resources, customer resources, and partners against a single plan.
• Lead kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a clear status view for stakeholders and customers.
• Serve as the primary contact through activation, communicating progress, risks, and changes in scope.
• Identify risks early, elevate issues, and keep implementations moving toward on-time delivery.
• Maintain implementation plans and reporting in our systems of record to ensure clean roll-ups.
• Help build repeatable processes, templates, and standards to scale the function and support automation.
