Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, technical account or project management, or professional services in B2B SaaS, technology, or information services.
• Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to configure software and troubleshoot setup issues.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects to deadlines and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear implementation activities, milestones, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned customer implementations from kickoff through configuration, validation, and launch.
• Conduct implementation discovery and confirm data readiness, environment requirements, security considerations, and integration prerequisites.
• Translate scope of work into a documented implementation plan with milestones and deliverables.
• Configure customer environments, including users, roles, integrations, and core workflows.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and external partners for delivery.
• Track milestones and identify risks, dependencies, or scope changes early.
• Follow change-control processes for scope changes.
