Job summary

Pavago is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations, onboarding, deployment, and adoption for diverse clients. You will manage planning, configuration, migration, and integrations while driving measurable business outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, and mentor clients through change management in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS implementation or technical project management experience.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Configure workflows, automations, and system permissions.
• Migrate data and coordinate API integrations across platforms.
• Deliver training and enablement to ensure client adoption.
