Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• 2+ years in sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives.
• Set and track team KPIs.
• Conduct pipeline, performance, and deal reviews.
• Monitor activity, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
• Coach reps on discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop sales playbooks and processes.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Partner with leadership on forecasting and growth strategy.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and ramping new sales reps.
