Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC, recruitment, onboarding, learning, and document management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple implementations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and scope implementations with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with client SMEs to configure and customize business requirements.
• Set up user accounts, define workflows, integrations, and testing.
• Provide end-user training for the SaaS product.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation.
• Collaborate with product team to identify product improvements based on client feedback.
