Job summary

EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to onboard customers, support their use of our SaaS software, and advocate for their success. You will work independently and with teams to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.

You will need strong communication, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to learn the software and EH&S domain in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and minimize time to value.
• Respond to support tickets and propose optimal solutions.
• Follow processes to ensure customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell modules and demonstrate their value.
• Inform customers of new features that benefit them.
