Job summary

EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, seeks a Customer Success Associate to onboard customers and ensure they achieve value with our EHS Insight software. You will manage onboarding, support tickets, and feature adoption while collaborating across teams in a fully remote environment.

We value strong communication, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as with others to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with strong communication skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success or a tech field.
• Proactive, customer-focused and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide them to value quickly.
• Respond to support tickets with clear, practical solutions.
• Follow processes to ensure customer satisfaction and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for additional modules and advocate these to customers.
• Inform customers about new features and their benefits.
• Learn the software and domain knowledge to solve problems.
• Collaborate with the team to improve onboarding processes.
